Brief Description Er. Amit Pratap Singh is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri, Agra. He obtained his Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree from H. B. T. I. Kanpur in Chemical Technology with Specialization in Food Technology with First Division in 2006. He has qualified NET, organized by Indian council of Agricultural Research. He has published 10 Research papers in National and International Journals of repute. He has presented more than 20 research papers in various National and International conferences. He guided 10 Post Graduate and more than 30 Under Graduate Food Technology students for their Research Projects. He has associated with 02 International and 02 National level Conferences as the Member of Organizing Committee. He is Member of Executive Committee of the Institution of Engineers (India), Agra Local Center. He is the Counselor of Diploma Courses Running by IGNOU: Diploma in Dairy Technology, Diploma in Value Added Products of Fruits and Vegetables, Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management.
