Dr. Soumya Rathore

Brief Description Dr Soumya Rathore is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the PG Department of Food Technology at Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Campus, Bichpuri, Agra. She has done her B. Tech in Food Technology from RBS Engineering College in 2009. She has obtained her M. Tech Degree in Food Technology (Food Safety & Standards) from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology, Naini, Allahabad. She was awarded Ph. D in Chemical Technology (Food Technology) from AKTU (workplace HBTI, Kanpur) in 2019. She has worked with HBTU as a Teacher Fellow for 3 years and as an contractual faculty for 4 years. She has also an industrial experience of one year with manufacturing unit of Britannia Industries Limited. She has guided various B. Tech. projects and worked with students in various conferences.
