Dr. Ashish Khare

Brief Description

Er. Ashish Khare is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri, Agra. He obtained his Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree from H.B.T.I. Kanpur in Chemical Technology (Food Technology) with First Division (Honors) in 2005. He has qualified NET, organized by Indian council of Agricultural Research. He published 14 Research papers in National and International Journals of repute. He has presented more than 25 research papers in various National and International conferences. He has delivered number of expert lectures in National Level Seminars, Workshops. He guided 16 Post Graduate and more than 40 Under Graduate Food Technology students. He has successfully organized 02 International and 02 National level Conferences as Co-organizing Secretary. He is the Counselor of Diploma Courses Running by IGNOU: Diploma in Dairy Technology, Diploma in Value Added Products of Fruits and Vegetables, Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management. He is presently engage in research and development activities in the area of Food processing & optimization of low calorie food products.
