Dr. Apoorva Behari Lal

Brief Description

Prof. Apoorva Behari Lal is currently serving as Professor and Head of Department of the Post Graduate Department of Food Technology Raja Balwant Singh Engineering Technical Campus, Bichpuri, Agra. He obtained his B.Tech degree in Chemical Technology (Food Technology) from HBTI, Kanpur in First Division in 1993. He successfully completed his P.G.Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU in 1997. He obtained the Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree from H.B.T.I.Kanpur in Chemical Technology (Food Technology) with First Division (Honours) in 2003. He was awarded Ph.D in Food Technology from M.G.C.G.University, Chitrakoot in 2012. He served as the Program Incharge of IGNOU Study Centre running Diploma programs in Dairy Technology and Value added products from Fruits and Vegetables from 2006 to 2017. He is also working as Dean (Academics) of the Institute since September 2010 and as Dean of the Institute since December 2017.
